Packaging design
As the only designer, I led the entire process from research to strategy, user flows, prototyping, and visual design
Working closely with the tech team, I also acted as a liaison to other teams, including marketing, operations, and purchasing, to ensure that the user's voice was heard throughout the process.
Offline designs affect UX
How can we surprise and assist users on their journey with the service?
Working for a digital and physical service also involves designing offline materials that help users become attached to the brand and service, and orient themselves accordingly.
As the designer, I was responsible for creating various offline materials, from packaging to product description materials.
Test and fix as a mantra
How do you make design decisions?
By talking to users and collecting data
When making design choices, it's important to talk to users and gather data to make sure business goals line up with user goals.
To do this, I always recommend testing prototypes with a diverse group of users.
A good way to do this is to test and revise prototypes, using what you learn from each interview to improve each iteration. This saves time during the research phase.
