From the onboarding to the agenda

Onboarding, especially in B2B products and with non-digitized targets, is critical for helping users understand the benefits of software in their daily lives.

I worked with Saas product managers and the tech team to design a streamlined onboarding process that allows users to complete it in just a few minutes and receive a customized result.

Rewarding loyal users

To improve B2C users' attachment to the booking service, we have developed a loyalty system where users can receive rewards by performing certain actions.

My responsibilities included creating the branding for the loyalty system and making the process of performing these actions visible in different user flows.

Crack Customer Needs

Customer care was overburdened with tickets from users who found the usability of the product convoluted and not self-explanatory.

To tackle this challenge, I meticulously analyzed each request to identify the specific problems that needed to be solved.

By mapping out the appropriate design actions to address these issues, we were able to significantly improve the product's usability.

By placing the user's needs at the centre of our design process, we were able to deliver a product that was intuitive and easy to use
